Structural design
Format and dieline work coordinated with your converter.
On a shelf you have about three seconds and a few centimetres. Packaging has to identify the category, communicate the difference, carry every statutory declaration correctly, and survive being printed on actual substrate by an actual press, which is where a great deal of otherwise good design fails.
We design with production in mind from the first sketch. Dielines from your converter, colours specified for the substrate and process, statutory panels laid out to the applicable rules, and physical mock-ups reviewed before anything goes to plate.
On a shelf, packaging has to signal the category, identify the brand, communicate the difference and carry every mandatory declaration, in the time it takes someone to walk past, at whatever size the retailer gives you.
That is a design constraint, not a creative brief. Hierarchy is everything: what must be read at two metres, at arm's length, and only once the pack is in hand.
A great deal of otherwise good packaging design fails at production. Colours specified for screen that cannot be hit on the chosen substrate, fine reversed-out type that fills in on absorbent board, artwork that ignores the dieline's safe area, or a finish the converter cannot apply.
We take dielines from your converter, specify colour for the actual process and stock, and design within what the production route can deliver.
Statutory declarations, net quantity, manufacturer details, FSSAI or other mandatory marks, nutritional panels, and category-specific requirements all have layout rules, and they consume real estate that has to be planned for rather than squeezed in at the end.
We lay them out correctly and flag anything that looks non-compliant. Final legal sign-off on claims sits with you, which is the standard and safest arrangement.
Designing one pack is straightforward. Designing twelve variants that are instantly distinguishable on shelf while unmistakably belonging to the same brand is the actual skill.
We design the system (what stays constant, what varies, how a new variant will be added in two years) rather than designing SKUs one at a time and discovering later that they no longer relate.
Call, WhatsApp or email. You will get a straight answer about packaging & product design — including whether you actually need it.
Every engagement is scoped in writing before work starts, so you know exactly what is being delivered and when.
Format and dieline work coordinated with your converter.
Shelf standout, hierarchy and range architecture across variants.
Statutory declarations, nutrition panels and mandatory marks laid out correctly.
Correct separations, bleeds, colour profiles and varnish or foil layers.
Physical mock-ups reviewed before plates are made.
Scopes are written down, reporting is monthly, and the accounts stay in your name. Ask for a reference in your sector before you commit to anything.
We measure where you are today and write down the numbers the work will be judged on.
Every recommendation gets an expected outcome, an owner and a date.
Production happens in-house, so the plan that was approved is the plan that ships.
Monthly reporting in plain language, with the misses named as clearly as the wins.
Strategy, creative, media, web and print sit in the same office. Nothing is lost in a handover between three suppliers who each blame the other.
You get a document listing deliverables and dates before work starts, so 'in progress' always means something specific.
Ad accounts, analytics, domain, extranets and source files stay in your name. We are given access; we never become the owner.
Monthly reporting in plain language, with the misses named as clearly as the wins, and next month's changes agreed before it starts.
The person who scoped your work is the person doing it. No rotating bench of juniors learning on your budget.
Head office in Thrissur, branch office in New Delhi, so North and South accounts both get people in the same time zone and, when it matters, in the room.
Monthly engagements with a notice period, not annual contracts. If we are not earning the retainer you should be able to leave.
The briefs we are asked for most often under this service. If yours is not listed, describe it in the form — the answer is usually yes.
Yes. We take their dielines and specifications and supply artwork in the format they need.
We lay out the declarations correctly and flag anything that looks non-compliant, but final legal sign-off on claims sits with you. That is the standard and safest arrangement.
Full ranges. Range architecture, how variants differ while staying a family, is designed as one system rather than SKU by SKU.
