Content calendar
A month planned against your season, events and occupancy gaps, not against generic holidays.
Hotel social media goes wrong in two predictable ways. Either it becomes a wall of stock-looking sunset photos that could be any property in the country, or it becomes an advertising channel pointed at everyone, burning budget on people who are never going to travel to you.
We treat it as a demand channel. Content is shot at your property and shows the specific things guests actually choose you for: the room you photograph badly, the breakfast, the drive up, the view from the particular corner. Paid work is targeted at genuine feeder markets and seasons, and every enquiry that arrives in comments or DMs is answered fast enough to still be a booking.
Two failure modes account for nearly all of it. The first is the sunset feed: beautiful, interchangeable images that could belong to any property in the country, posted consistently and converting nobody. The second is untargeted advertising that reaches a national audience for a property that draws ninety per cent of its guests from three cities.
Both are fixable, and neither needs a bigger budget. They need content that is specifically about your property, and money spent only where your guests actually come from.
Ask your front office what guests mention at checkout and you will get a specific list: the breakfast, the view from the corner room, the drive up through the hills, the staff member everyone remembers, the dog. That list is your content plan, and almost none of it is on the average hotel feed.
We shoot on property, on a schedule that works around your operations, and build a bank deep enough that the calendar is not being filled at the last minute with whatever exists.
A resort three hours from a metro sells to that metro. A city hotel sells to corporate travellers and to the wedding market. A homestay sells to a specific kind of traveller in a specific season. Targeting should reflect that, and the budget should rise and fall with your booking windows rather than sit flat across the year.
We build campaigns around those windows, put budget behind the organic content that already proved itself, and report on enquiries and bookings rather than on reach.
A hotel enquiry in a comment or a direct message has a short half-life. The guest is comparing options right now, and a reply tomorrow reaches somebody who has already booked elsewhere.
We handle first response inside an agreed window with an approved script, and route anything needing live availability straight to your reservations team. It is unglamorous work and it is where most of the actual revenue from social media comes from.
Call, WhatsApp or email. You will get a straight answer about hotel social media marketing — including whether you actually need it.
Every engagement is scoped in writing before work starts, so you know exactly what is being delivered and when.
A month planned against your season, events and occupancy gaps, not against generic holidays.
Reels and stills captured on site, scheduled around your operations.
Meta campaigns targeted at the cities and segments that actually travel to you.
Comment and message response with a defined turnaround, routed to your booking flow.
UGC collection, rights handling and selective host collaborations.
Reach and engagement, but reported against enquiries and bookings.
Scopes are written down, reporting is monthly, and the accounts stay in your name. Ask for a reference in your sector before you commit to anything.
Rates, inventory, content scores, ranking, review profile and the real channel mix.
Dynamic pricing built on demand, competition, events and your own booking pace.
Content rebuilt, promotions rationalised and rate disparity fixed at source.
Booking engine, metasearch and website work that shifts margin back to you.
A named revenue manager, weekly pace review and a monthly performance pack.
Strategy, creative, media, web and print sit in the same office. Nothing is lost in a handover between three suppliers who each blame the other.
You get a document listing deliverables and dates before work starts, so 'in progress' always means something specific.
Ad accounts, analytics, domain, extranets and source files stay in your name. We are given access; we never become the owner.
Monthly reporting in plain language, with the misses named as clearly as the wins, and next month's changes agreed before it starts.
The person who scoped your work is the person doing it. No rotating bench of juniors learning on your budget.
Head office in Thrissur, branch office in New Delhi, so North and South accounts both get people in the same time zone and, when it matters, in the room.
Monthly engagements with a notice period, not annual contracts. If we are not earning the retainer you should be able to leave.
The briefs we are asked for most often under this service. If yours is not listed, describe it in the form — the answer is usually yes.
Typically once a month for a full content bank, plus remote coordination for anything time-sensitive. Remote-only packages are available for properties outside our travel radius.
Instagram and Facebook for leisure demand, and increasingly YouTube for destination discovery. LinkedIn matters only if you are chasing corporate and MICE business.
Yes, with an agreed response window and a script your team approves. Anything requiring live availability is routed to your reservations team immediately.
Yes, imperfectly but usefully: through assisted conversions, enquiry volume, direct traffic lift and promo-code redemption. We report what is genuinely attributable and label estimates as estimates.
Send us the site or the property. You get an honest read on the gap, the effort and the timeline — before any money changes hands.
