Destination and property content
Content that captures research-stage travel demand, not just brand searches.
Hotel marketing and hotel distribution are usually bought from different suppliers, and they end up working against each other. The agency drives awareness; the guest searches, finds the OTA cheaper or easier, and books there. The hotel pays for the demand twice.
We run both. Campaign work is planned with the channel mix and rate strategy in view, so demand created by marketing lands where it earns you the most: usually your own booking engine, sometimes deliberately an OTA when the ranking benefit is worth the commission.
Most hotels buy marketing from one supplier and distribution from another, or from nobody. The two then pull against each other: the agency creates demand, the guest searches, finds the OTA cheaper or easier, and books there. The property pays for the guest twice: once in media, once in commission.
Because we run revenue management and OTA distribution as well, campaign work is planned with the channel mix and rate strategy in view. Demand created by marketing lands where it earns the most: usually your own booking engine, sometimes deliberately an OTA when the ranking benefit is worth the commission.
Searches for your hotel's name are limited by how many people already know it. Searches for the destination, the experience and the occasion are not, and they happen weeks or months earlier.
Content built around those (where to stay for a particular trip, the drive, the season, what is worth doing nearby) brings people into your world before they have shortlisted anyone, and it is the only demand a marketplace listing cannot give you.
Before chasing new audiences it is worth stopping the leaks: brand-term defence so you are not buying back your own guests, a booking path that works on a phone, a Business Profile that is complete and current, and a review programme that keeps score and rate where they should be.
These are cheap, fast and unglamorous, and they usually produce more incremental revenue in the first quarter than any campaign would.
RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, direct share and net revenue after acquisition cost, not impressions and reach. A hotel marketing report that cannot be placed next to the P&L is not doing its job.
Ours is built to be taken into an owners' meeting without translation.

Review velocity and response, which drive both ranking and rate.
Scopes are written down, reporting is monthly, and the accounts stay in your name. Ask for a reference in your sector before you commit to anything.
We measure where you are today and write down the numbers the work will be judged on.
Every recommendation gets an expected outcome, an owner and a date.
Production happens in-house, so the plan that was approved is the plan that ships.
Monthly reporting in plain language, with the misses named as clearly as the wins.
Strategy, creative, media, web and print sit in the same office. Nothing is lost in a handover between three suppliers who each blame the other.
You get a document listing deliverables and dates before work starts, so 'in progress' always means something specific.
Ad accounts, analytics, domain, extranets and source files stay in your name. We are given access; we never become the owner.
Monthly reporting in plain language, with the misses named as clearly as the wins, and next month's changes agreed before it starts.
The person who scoped your work is the person doing it. No rotating bench of juniors learning on your budget.
Head office in Thrissur, branch office in New Delhi, so North and South accounts both get people in the same time zone and, when it matters, in the room.
Monthly engagements with a notice period, not annual contracts. If we are not earning the retainer you should be able to leave.
The briefs we are asked for most often under this service. If yours is not listed, describe it in the form — the answer is usually yes.
Healthy OTA volume with no direct channel is a dependency, not a strategy. If the commission or the ranking changes, you have no alternative demand.
Yes. We will align campaign work to their strategy rather than pull against it.
Usually brand-term protection plus booking engine friction removal. Both are cheap and both stop existing demand leaking away.
