Small team, real ownership

We are a small team, which means work is not passed down a chain until nobody remembers what the client actually asked for. You will own accounts, talk to clients directly, and be expected to have a view.

We do not run a culture of billable-hour theatre. If the work is done, it is done. If something is not working, we would rather hear it in week one than in the quarterly review.

What we look for

• People who check their own work before someone else has to.
• Curiosity about why a number moved, not just that it moved.
• The willingness to say "I do not know yet" and then go and find out.
• Written communication that a client can read without translation.
