Education Digital Marketing

Admissions run on a calendar. Marketing that ignores the cycle wastes most of its budget.

Education demand is intensely seasonal. Enquiries cluster around admission windows, results and exam cycles, and a budget spread evenly across twelve months spends most of itself when nobody is deciding.

We plan to the admission calendar: awareness ahead of the window, aggressive capture during it, and nurture through the decision period, because in education the parent or student who enquires in January may not enrol until April, and the follow-up is what actually converts.

Admissions run on a calendar, and so should the budget

Education demand is one of the most seasonal patterns in Indian marketing. Enquiries cluster around board results, entrance exam outcomes, counselling rounds and admission windows. A budget spread evenly across twelve months spends most of itself in the months when nobody is deciding anything.

We map your own enquiry-to-enrolment data against the calendar, then weight awareness spend ahead of each window, capture spend during it, and nurture spend across the decision period that follows.

Two audiences, one decision

For schools and most undergraduate programmes there are two buyers with different anxieties. The student cares about experience, peer group, campus life and outcome. The parent cares about safety, fees, faculty, placement record and whether the institution is what it claims to be.

One message aimed at the middle of that convinces neither. We produce separate creative, frequently on separate channels, and measure them separately, with the parent journey typically running through search and long-form proof, and the student journey through social and video.

Publish the things that get asked on every call

Fees, eligibility, hostel arrangements, placement statistics, faculty credentials, curriculum detail and the actual admission process. Institutions habitually withhold these to force an enquiry, which inflates lead volume and destroys lead quality. Your counselling team then spends the busiest weeks of the year answering the same four questions.

Publishing them filters out unsuitable enquiries before they arrive and makes the remaining ones materially more likely to enrol.

Nurture across the gap between enquiry and enrolment

An enquiry in January may not convert until April. Most institutions call twice in the first week and then go quiet, which means the last institution to make contact before the decision often wins a student the first one earned.

We build sequenced follow-up across WhatsApp, email and phone that stays useful rather than repetitive (campus content, deadline reminders, alumni outcomes, scholarship windows) and report on enquiry-to-enrolment conversion rather than on enquiry count.

How we run it

Our process

Audit and baseline

We measure where you are today and write down the numbers the work will be judged on.

Plan with a target

Every recommendation gets an expected outcome, an owner and a date.

Build and launch

Production happens in-house, so the plan that was approved is the plan that ships.

Report and adjust

Monthly reporting in plain language, with the misses named as clearly as the wins.

Why MaxReach Lab

Why clients hand this to us

01

One accountable team

Strategy, creative, media, web and print sit in the same office. Nothing is lost in a handover between three suppliers who each blame the other.

02

Written scope, dated

You get a document listing deliverables and dates before work starts, so 'in progress' always means something specific.

03

You own everything

Ad accounts, analytics, domain, extranets and source files stay in your name. We are given access; we never become the owner.

04

Reporting you can argue with

Monthly reporting in plain language, with the misses named as clearly as the wins, and next month's changes agreed before it starts.

05

Senior people on the account

The person who scoped your work is the person doing it. No rotating bench of juniors learning on your budget.

06

Kerala and Delhi coverage

Head office in Thrissur, branch office in New Delhi, so North and South accounts both get people in the same time zone and, when it matters, in the room.

07

No lock-in

Monthly engagements with a notice period, not annual contracts. If we are not earning the retainer you should be able to leave.

Questions

Frequently asked

Which channel works best for admissions?

Search captures active intent; Meta builds consideration among parents. For higher education, YouTube and alumni content carry real weight.

Should we publish fees?

A range at minimum. Hiding fees entirely produces high enquiry volume and very low enrolment rates.

How do we market to both parents and students?

Separate messages and often separate channels: the student cares about experience and outcome, the parent about safety, cost and placement.
